Yes! SecurePulse is fully waterproof with an IP68 rating. You can wear it while swimming, showering, or water sports. However, we recommend avoiding submersion in water deeper than 50 meters or for extended periods. For best results, rinse your bracelet with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
SecurePulse tracks the following metrics:
• Heart Rate (bpm)
• Blood Oxygen Level (SpO2)
• Body Temperature

• Step Count and Distance
• Calorie Burn
• Movement and Fall Detection
Try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone

3. Remove the bracelet from the app and try pairing again
4. Make sure your phone is within 10 meters of the bracelet
5. Check that no other app is using Bluetooth
6. Update the SecurePulse app to the latest version
Heart rate readings can be affected by several factors:
• Make sure the bracelet is worn snugly on your wrist
• Ensure good contact between the sensors and your skin
• Avoid wearing the bracelet too loosely or over clothing
• Allow 2-3 minutes for stabilization after putting on the bracelet
• Avoid movement while taking a reading
• If the issue persists, try restarting the app
To extend battery life:
• Reduce the monitoring frequency in settings
• Disable continuous heart rate monitoring
• Turn off GPS tracking when not needed
• Reduce screen brightness
• Close unnecessary apps on your phone
• Ensure your bracelet firmware is up to date
